This community site was developed as a way for BCS residents to gather virtually and discuss events, buy and sell merchandise, post events, review movies, comment on blogs and share ideas and activities through the BCSfacePage.
User Agreement: By signing up for an account of BCSliving.com or any of its functunality sites including BCS Discount Card, BCS Event Calendar, BCS FacePage, etc., the USER agrees to ALL of the following conditions and terms.
Due to the enormous amount of content, blogs and responses and comments, it is not possible to monitor each and every part of this site. BCSliving staff will not review each and every post or comment, but we do reserve the right to delete any messages, comments or calendar events that we find inappropriate or contrary to the family values of our community site.
You agree that for a member user name and password that you are 13 or older. You also agree that you are responsible for the content of any posts or comments made on your account by any other person. Children under the age of 13 may use this site under the supervision of parent(s) or legal guardian.
When posting on Forums, Blogs, Calendars or the BCSliving FacePage you agree that you will not use language or post pictures or images that are:
Abusive, Hateful, Overly Aggressive in nature, Pornographic, False, Profane, Threatening to other people or organizations, or in any way illegal as interpreted by the Texas Code of Criminal Justice standards. Additionally NO words will be used that are phonetically similar to inappropriate or restricted words or phrases. This also applies to the use of symbols or distasteful emoticons.
ALL POST THAT VIOLATE THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE REMOVED AND YOUR IDENTITY WILL NOT BE PROTECTED IF WE ARE CONTACTED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES.
Violation of this agreement will result in the Member Services being suspended from one day until indefinately. Repeat violaters will be blocked from the site.
All pictures that are posted must be of a nature that is not offensive and is appropriate for all age groups. This includes no nudity or partial nudity. Pictures in bathing suits of a group vacation or activity involving normal settings are acceptable, provided that the subject content meets the Criminal Justice Code as related to nudity.
No Member may have more than ONE username and password. Accounts may not be shared with the exception of a minor child using a parent's account with the authorization and supervision of that parent.
Members agree not to post any copyrighted material.
Members agree not to post any links to sites that violate the standards of this website and any violation will be reported to the proper law enforcement agencies. An example of an inappropriate link would be sites such as Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition or any trade magazine that features men or women that are mostly nude, or are sexual in nature, on the cover or in the content of their magazine.
Members are not allowed to advertise any local businesses, pictures of businesses or links to said sites with the exception of commenting on the quality of any business such as in the business review section of BCSliving.com Advertisers may post specials and Events on the Business Event Calendar.
All rules and procedures apply to the buy and sale functunality of this site. NO personal information should be posted when buying and selling until you are comfortable with the identity and location of any meeting(s) for the transaction(s). It is recommended that you always tell a friend or family member of your plans with regard to meeting someone that you communicated with through this site.
